If you need to cancel your ride, we recommend contacting us at least six business hours in advanced. If you need to cancel last minute, you will be charged for the full amount of the trip. If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full amount. These fees are non-refundable. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our cancellation policies.
